Become volunteer at DFPA

Do you want to help stop transgressive behaviour among young people and fight for more consent?

As a volunteer at DFPA, you can right now join our national movement to stop cross-border behaviour and rape among young people in connection with parties and nightlife!

How much time do I need to volunteer?

We expect you to participate in your local group's volunteer meeting (approximately every 14 days). In addition, there will be periods when you, as part of the campaign, will have to spend more time planning and executing the project. It is flexible and there is room for peak loads at your job/study, but we expect that you want to be active and are motivated to make a difference.

Where can I volunteer?

We have local groups in the five cities: Copenhagen, Odense, Esbjerg, Aarhus and Aalborg. You must therefore have the opportunity to participate in meetings and other activities in one of these cities.

How old do you have to be?

We do not have a lower or upper age limit to be a volunteer. Everyone is welcome.

Does volunteering require special skills or experience?

No, we can use many different skills and experiences. As long as you have the desire and commitment to make a difference within our key issues, we will find a place for you

Do I have to be a member to volunteer?

No, it is not a requirement that you be a member of DFPA as a volunteer. If you are a member, on the other hand, you have the opportunity to have an influence and use your democratic vote, as you can vote at the annual general assembly. As a member, you can also run for the board of DFPA, where two places are reserved for young people under 25 years of age.

Sexuality education and Sexlinien

At DFPA, we have a team of sex educators and counsellors. If you want to apply to become a sex educator or counselor at Sexlinien, keep an eye out for vacancies here.

Being a volunteer at Sex & Samfund is not the same as being a sex educator.
